We keep only what is needed to deliver and support your line: your WhatsApp number and order chat, your username, plan and expiry date, and technical logs of the line used to fix problems.

Card details stay with the payment provider. We do not sell data or use advertising trackers. Records are kept while the line is active and up to 24 months afterwards for renewals and refunds. Ask us on WhatsApp to see or delete your data; deleting it ends the line.
